Hi Linda Thank you for trusting me to guide your group on their first Surf experience in Nosara It is an honor to share this space with you in our beautiful home. Please see below then plan for our upcoming session together. 100% of the session is an invitation to notice what is presently alive in your body, your heart, and your head and to experience it, embody it, and play with it in the safe held space. 5 surf sessions Feb 3rd 4pm Feb 4th 8am Feb 5th 8am Feb 6 9am Feb 7th 4pm For the last session we have a water included!
