Hi Emily Thank you for trusting me to guide your group on their Surf experience in Nosara! It is an honor to share this space with you in our beautiful Nosara. Please see below then plan for our upcoming session together. 100% of the session is an invitation to notice what is presently alive in your body, your heart, and your head and to experience it, embody it, and play with it in the safe held space. Friday January 30th - time of the lesson 8am We will be having a group surf lesson for 9 participants. 3 coaches including myself, and all the surfboards included.
